What will this role achieve?

As Nordic Master Trainer, you will have the responsibility to lead and coordinate the training work of Samsung products; Mobile series, PC, Tab, Wearables from a Nordic perspective. This role performs an important function ensuring that external retail stores, call centers, promoters as well as internal Field Force are well trained about Samsung’s products. With the purpose to drive recommendation rate in our customers’ stores and internal channels as well as create a positive impact on sell-out. Communicate and drive co-operation across the Nordic countries.

What will be the job scope & key deliverables?

Lead the overall training strategy and execution for the Nordic market in close collaboration with the local product trainers and their respective field force teams. Oversee and lead Samsung’s development of training in the market together with the whole retail organization.

  • Develop together with Product Management curricula and key messaging for product & sales training of floor sales staff with end user benefits in focus.
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure customer messaging and branding is fully integrated into all Nordic product & sales training.
  • Manage product trainings for new hires e.g. Field Force and Key Account Managers providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Lead projects of Nordic training events incl. budget responsibility.
  • Lead GTM processes and plans from a training perspective.
  • Educate Field Force, Samsung Support, Contact Centers and other relevant stakeholders in the benefits of Samsung products
  • To some extent, field travel to understand the floor sales persons needs and collect feedback on the product & sales trainings will be conducted
  • Project lead of Nordic training events from concept creation and budgeting to execution
  • Follow up quarterly on Nordic education progress and reporting to appropriate stake holder(s)

What do we need for this role?

–        Upper secondary school. Academic background or other higher education is an advantage, preferably with communications/marketing degree

–        Great leadership skills and used to driving team performance.

–        Organizational and solid knowledge of IT/Reporting systems.

–        Above average knowledge in especially PowerPoint and similar software for creation of material.

–         Fluency in English & other Nordic Language

–        Fluency in English & other Nordic Language

Preferred Qualifications: 

–        Experience from supporting and coaching a team of high performing individuals.

–        Great presentations skills with strong variation – from internal product presentations to on-stage at exhibitions/fairs.

–        Experience and strong strong interest in tech products.

–        Budget ownership and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
