Interim Senior Commercial Manager

Headsource are seeking an experienced interim manager to provide direction, pace and continuity during a transition period. The role combines strategic commercial leadership, people management and hands-on ownership of priority initiatives

Key responsibilities
• Lead an international Marketing & Product team, setting clear direction, priorities and expectations.
• Drive the commercial agenda with a focus on customer value, growth and profitability.
• Personally steer critical cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Turn customer, market and business insights into concrete decisions and actions.
• Act as a senior counterpart to management and stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Ensure strong delivery while maintaining team engagement and continuity during the transition

Required skills and education

Skills

• Senior commercial manager with substantial experience from a complex, international business.
  • Proven track record in commercial strategy, marketing and customer-driven growth.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including leading through change or transition.
  • Excellent project and programme steering skills, with demonstrated delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Able to move confidently between executive-level discussions and hands-on execution.
  • Strong business judgement, analytical capability and stakeholder management

Education

Education and language
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, strategy or a related field, or
equivalent senior commercial experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience working across European markets is an advantage

Location; Solna (Stockholm). Standard office policy (3days onsite, 2days remote)
